Piano

Well my friends, I have good news. I now have a piano. Yes indeed. I was
informed that the First Southern Baptist Church (I believe that is the
name), was trying to find a new home for one of their old pianos. I
called the church and made arrangements to pick it up. And now we have a
piano in our basement. For those of you who this might interest, it is a
Schiller upright grand piano. Or that's what I think the name is.
Anyway.... if you ever get the idea that a piano would look nice in your
basement. Either cut a large hole in the side of your house, or else
hire about 5 well trained professional wrestlers to come and carry it
down the stairs. All the work of carrying it, however, is soon forgotten
when you play on it. To my astonishment, when we got the piano home and
set it in the right place, it was still tuned well enough that when i
play up and down scales I can't tell that it's out of tune. I'm sure
that many people could, but not I. Anyway, I think the simple fact that
I took the time to post about it says enough about how much I like it.
So with these thoughts in mind.
